TCC fulfils this role on a project basis for both existing and new clients through working closely with management on specific assignments which typically involving reviewing an aspect of the businesses’ performance, identifying strategic goals, formulating action plans and assisting in their implementation. These projects may involve a regulatory issue or be a matter of general commercial strategy where a fresh eye and our business experience brings a new dimension to the management team. On occasions where we develop a close and long-term relationship with a client Tim has become a non-executive director.
